shall in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the
subscription fee and service charge for accessing this site, or (b)
US$100.00. In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or
remedies available to Star Travel Ltd. without any liability whatsoever,
either Star Travel Ltd. at any time and without notice may terminate or

made with authorized travel providers. Travel information on this site
or other linked linked sites is for general travel information only and
does not directly or indirectly imply an authorized agency relationship.
9. RELATIONSHIP. The
relationship between Star Travel Ltd., and you will be that of
independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective
officers, agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners,
joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees or agents of the other.
10. GOVERNING LAW. This
Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state
of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of
laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett county, the state of
Georgia, United States of America, in all questions and controversies
arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement.
11. ASSIGNMENT. You may not
assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or
obligations hereunder.
12. MODIFICATION. Star
Travel Ltd. may at any
time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this

Prices, Taxes, and
Fees Disclaimer
Prices quoted are per person based on
double occupancy, are not retroactive, and are subject to limited
availability, and some restrictions may apply. Prices may vary and may
be higher depending on actual day/date traveled and hotel/package/cruise
selected. Unless otherwise noted, fares or package prices advertised do
not include all applicable Government-imposed and or Vendor-imposed:
taxes, charges, fees, port charges or insurance. Sample
prices are lowest prices based on mid week travel from Dallas or
Baltimore gateways, actual prices will vary subject to availability,
origin, destination and date. While we make every effort to ensure
the accuracy of the information presented, the details listed are
subject to change without notice. Offered inclusions are subject to
availability and may be withdrawn at any time. E-Rebates are only
valid for Our Phone Reservations, Our Find me a Rebate Vacation Service

DISCLAIMER
Hotel Ratings (1 to 6) are for general
comparison purposes and should be used in conjunction with the actual
property information for decision purposes. Vacation inclusions: Round
trip air, unless a land only package is selected, which may include
hotel accommodations for specified number of nights. Round trip
airport/hotel transfers are included for International destinations
unless otherwise noted. Prices quoted are per person based on double
occupancy, are not retroactive, and are subject to limited availability.
Prices may vary and may be higher depending on actual day/date traveled

Departure Tax of $13.40, Hawaiian arrival and departure taxes (up to
$13.40 per person) local airport charges (up to $30 per person airport
taxes), Passenger facility charges of up to $18 roundtrip, segment fees
of $3 per segment per person for domestic destinations, and September
11th Security Fee up to $10 per person are not included and due with
final payment. The September 11th Security Fee may not be applicable for
purchases made from June 1 through September 30th, 2003. Various
cancellation penalties, payment requirements and holiday/weekend/special
event/fuel surcharges apply. The Pre-Travel Penalty Waiver or travel

affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining
provisions.
15. HEADINGS. The heading
used in these Terms and Conditions are included by convenience only and
will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. These
terms and conditions, together with those incorporated herein or
referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating
to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or
agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and
may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such

Star Travel Ltd.'s Hot Bargains newsletter is an option to keep you up
to date with the latest travel news and low airfares. Your specific

to the newsletter.

date in order to bill you for travel purchased through eLeisure Network.

card security. Your personal password will not be given to anyone except

yourself is accompanying you on travel purchased through eLeisure

providing eLeisure Network with their full names and contact information

provide information about travel either reserved or purchased on
eLeisure Network to third parties that provide services or functions on
behalf of eLeisure Network. Our service providers need information about
your traveler profile, as well as your credit card information, to
process and confirm your travel reservation. These service providers
will disclose information about your traveler profile to hotel, airline,
and/or car rental suppliers whose products you have purchased. Like any
other travel agent, this information must be shared with our travel
suppliers to confirm your reservation and travel preferences. Although
eLeisure Network offers travel products from hotel, airline, and car
rental suppliers that are reputable companies, we have not placed
limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information
without your permission. Therefore, we encourage you to review the
information privacy practices of any travel suppliers whose products you
purchase through eLeisure Network. In addition, these travel suppliers
may also contact you as necessary to obtain additional information about
your confirmed reservation. We use non-identifying and aggregate
information to better design our web site and to share with advertisers.
For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals
visited a certain area on our web site, or that Y number of individuals
filled out our email registration form, but we would not disclose
anything that could be used to identify those individuals. Information
is collected for use in our reporting software. This information is used
to understand our site promotional successes and failures so we can
adjust our marketing offerings as a result. It is also used to report
page views results to our marketing partners. Information gathered
includes, but is not limited to page views, visitor session length,
